His advice and negotiating when selling our house was excellent. He has a wealth of development knowledge that helped us through the build process of our current house. Blane was a fantastic realtor through and through. We interviewed several when we were looking to sell our old place and buy a new place, and it was when the market was extremely hot and realtors were all busy. Blane immediately caught onto our needs and what type of place we were looking for, and he walked us through the different considerations for various parts of town to live in, since we weren't really sure where to start. He was not salesy in any way, just very open and easy to connect with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and trends, which helped us the entire way through our search and sale process since he helped us gauge timing to buy and sell based on market predictions. He also has more of a financial background and a better understanding in this area than any other realtor we have met, and helped introduce us to all kinds of creative options for financing, while walking us through all the pros/cons and details step by step. This made a big difference in getting the house we wanted. He was always available and quick to reply, and despite the crazy market we were in he had time for us every weekend to go check out a new batch of houses. We're very happy with where we ended up, and Blane made it happen by being quick to the draw and creative with his skills on what it would take to get the contract - we credit him 100% with being able to get our place at the price that we did thanks to how he setup the offer letter. He knows far more than an average realtor and is a creative problem-solver, and we've been recommending him to any friend or family interested in finding a realtor. We know who we'll use whenever we decide to move onto the next place!

Blane helped us so much when we did a cross-country move. Though we are Colorado natives, the area we looked to buy in was new to us. We gave him our criteria (some specific ones) and he was insightful in taking us around to different developments and opening our eyes to new places we hadn't considered. In the new build process, he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout each step of the process. I can't imagine doing it on our own without him across the country. Plus, he's a great and friendly guy too--enjoyable to spend time with!
