Bo is annually a company Top Producer and has sat on the Grievance Council for the Richmond Association of Realtors that oversees Realtor ethic complaints. His integrity and vast knowledge of the real estate industry have been handed down by his parents/mentors that have been highly respected in the industry for over 30 years. He attended high school at The Steward School and earned a B.A. degree in Business Marketing from Virginia Wesleyan College. Bo is married to Ann Bowers Steele, and they have two sons.
