Bob Burkhart went above and beyond x2. He worked tirelessly with me to help me ready my home for sale when both my boys were back in college out of state [read: to help], and help me make make some really tough and admittedly overdue decisions about a lot of stuff that belonged to my husband who had passed away 2009. His consult and recommendations were spot on and believe it or not - as the day approached to put the house officially on the market- the house got wonderful contract! Now I wish I could say it was easy street after that - alas, the inspection revealed a couple unforseen and potentially costly exceptions. [it was after all, was a 1959 home]. Never fear - Bob is here! And true to his committment to me and my family - he walked me thru the options and offered multiple approaches and when needed - found me the expert or service provider or did it himself! All issues were resolved in a short time to even one's satisfaction and with minimal impact to me (or my checkbook thankfully!). Bravo Bob Burkhart, well done! Bob is most assuredly more than just a good realtor - he is a real estate professional, logistics genius, handyman extraordinaire, property disposition expert, and frankly - miracle worker!
