Bob Caldwell

As a commercial real estate executive with extensive expertise in development, brokerage and property management, Bob provides leadership for his clients that is informed by his experience representing the interests and investments of large corporations. Bob’s career began in 1986 with SCANA Development, Inc., the real estate investment arm of South Carolina Electric & Gas in Columbia, SC.
With a solid foundation built on innovation, commitment, and expertise in developing, leasing, selling, and managing more than 1,750,000 square feet of institutional-grade real estate, Bob opened the doors to his own company in 2000. Then as now, his goal was to take this specialized institutional grade knowledge and use it to help private clients develop and manage projects that ultimately fulfill their goals in an entrepreneurial environment, with sound management practices and exit strategies.
