About Bob

Not only is Bob Christian a proven top-producing real estate agent with more than 35 years of industry experience, but he is also a native Houstonian whose family has been involved in property development and management for three generations.

Bob has wholly absorbed the industry since he was a child. Some of his fondest memories are of accompanying his grandfather on visits with tenants and follow-ups on investment properties and building projects. Those memories are what eventually drew him into real estate, and he became an agent after two successful careers: one as a computer engineer and another as a Texas peace officer. Bob still wanted to serve people in his community, and real estate provided the perfect opportunity for that, especially since it demanded the high standards he had always extolled.

Bob loves to help remove the “fear factor” from what is often the most important purchase a person will ever make. He holds several specialist designations, including first-time home buyers/sellers, corporate relocation, new construction/new home sales, equine/farm properties, and luxury properties. Bob has been a Katy-area resident since 1994, and as a father, he is intimately familiar with the local area and schools. He and his wife Jennifer have raised two sons from elementary school through high school and college, and they still have three more children to go.

Some of Bob’s parenting activities involve volunteering with the community’s schools, and he also enjoys reading, discovering new tech toys, relaxing on shady beaches, and climbing into a hammock for some shut-eye!
