Bob was incredibly awesome to work with! We were terrified to be selling our house during a pandemic, as we weren’t sure how the market would react or if there would even be any people buying houses, but Bob made it happen. Although the first offer fell through due to financing, Bob quickly got two additional people in to see it that same day. Additionally, both people immediately put in offers within hours & we were back to being contingent shortly after.

During the process, Bob kept us informed and let us know what he needed from us to make the process as seamless as possible. The appraisal came back a bit lower than the original offer, but Bob worked with the buyer’s agent so that we wouldn’t lose out on any money from our end which was really awesome, especially during this time of craziness & uncertainty.

Lastly, Bob also was able to help negotiate a deal for our washer & dryer (as the new home came with a set) which ended up working out perfectly. The buyer didn’t have to track down a pair & we didn’t have to move or try to store/sell them.

I still can’t believe he helped us get this deal done during the pandemic. He is extremely easy to work with & was able to get things done quickly & efficiently despite all of the outside factors. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, look no further. Bob is your guy!
