Bob Duerer

Bob thoroughly enjoys working with and representing his clients, whether in buying or selling. His purpose is to expeditiously fulfill the wishes of his client, negotiating the price and terms that both satisfy his client's needs and will not drive the other party away. Once the contract is executed, Bob then will monitor the transaction to be sure it moves through the various stages to a timely and pleasant closing. He will work diligently to eliminate problems before they occur. Almost all of his business comes from referrals and his goal is to satisfy his clients so well that they will refer all of their friends and family to him for years to come.

Bob specializes in representing his clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences within the cities of Houston, Sugar Land, Spring, Cypress, Katy, Klein, Tomball, Conroe, Aldine, and Humble. He tries to keep current with all transactions in these areas and is also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
