Bob Haden

Bob Haden has been licensed in NC since 1994. Bob worked as a Broker Associate with United Country Real Estate | Jack Clanton Agency for 14 years before purchasing the franchise from Mr. Clanton who was retiring soon. During this time Bob learned many excellent sales, marketing, and public relations skills from one of the best in the industry.

This office has successfully operated since opening in 1975 and has served this area and its citizens in every aspect of real estate business including residential sales, commercial property sales, small tracts, large tracts, small farms, large farms, poultry farms and subdivision development.

In September of 2020, Bob sold the office to one of his Broker Associates, Tim Kendall. Bob remains with the new company as a Broker Associate and is now focusing on listing and selling real estate full time while Tim runs the day to day operations of the company. The new company is operating as United Country Real Estate | Piedmont Carolina Realty, LLC.
