Robert C. Kutschbach, founder of the company, is one of the most widely recognized Real Estate instructors in the State of Ohio. Bob has taught over 60 different real estate courses and over 50,000 students. His qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Accounting, 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm where he passed the CPA exam, 10 years in the banking business which culminated as Senior Vice President of a local financial institution, and nearly 40 years of experience as an owner and manager of Central Ohio rental properties.
