I am a Real Estate Broker in Illinois ( Lake County ) and am also licensed in Wisconsin. I got started in Real Estate in the late '80s, making the transition from rehabbing houses to selling full time and it's still my full time profession today.

I am a resident of Lake Villa and have lived here since 1978. While I serve all of Northern Il and S.E Wi., I tend to do most of my Business in the Lake Villa and Antioch area. Much of my business is in the neighborhood I live in (Venetian Village) and to date, I have had hundreds of sales there.

I've worked for small, independent offices as well as very large franchises and was co-owner of an office from 1992-1997.

I know my way around the short sale/ foreclosure market very well, having done my first short sale in the early '90s before I had ever heard the term..

I've worked with many first time buyers as well as experienced investors. I am very knowledgeable of the different types of financing available including VA loans as I am a veteran. (U.S Army)
