We have gone through the sales process twice in the past and Bob was an outstanding agent. He was very knowledgeable about the appraisal and sales process and especially the Cross Pointe area. Bob took the time to walk us through the house and point out things we could do to prepare to show the house after it went on the market. He did not disappear after the house was listed but rather stayed in close communication with us. He took the time to explain the process in detail and in simply and understandable terms. I have already recommended him to one of my friends and would do so again. If you want someone with expertise and experience, then you could do no better than Bob Lovett.
