I would highly recommend Bob Panek for both buying and selling a home! We sold our home in only a few days even with the all the concerns with covid. My family is moving out of state and he knew selling our home quickly was crucial. He’s always friendly and gives you honest opinions and advice to the best of his knowledge. We have used him in the past when buying a home as well and it was so easy to work with him! He is very involved in the community and seems to know just about everything when it comes to the different neighborhoods. Don’t have a bad thing to say about him!

My situation was complicated, having to sell my parent's home when I lost them both suddenly whilst I live out of the country, plus I had never sold property in America before so I was completely out of my depth. Bob handled the situation brilliantly, sensitively and with great patience with my constant questioning. The property sold inside of 2 months - much quicker than expected and exceeding all expectations. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their property in the Huntley, Illinois area.

Bob was awesome from our very first interaction and throughout the entire process. During our first meeting, Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Throughout the process he maintained an open line of communication with me and was transparent in providing feedback about changes in market conditions. Bob even rolled my garbage bins out for me on several occasions after the house was vacant!! The entire process was smoother than I could have imagined and I have no doubt that it was in large part due to Bob’s expertise!
