Bob Parris

After 17 years working for large, regional and national real estate organizations, Bob returned to his family’s real estate business in 2010. With almost 30 years of real estate sales experience, Bob works diligently to provide detailed pricing strategies and powerful marketing tools, to achieve the best results for sellers. For buyers, Bob’s in-depth understanding of mortgage financing, superior property evaluation skills, and strong advocacy create a satisfying experience.

As the son of an Evanston Realtor/Builder/Developer, Bob worked in a family real estate management, development and construction business before making the natural transition into real estate sales. Bob consistently provides a variety of options for each situation his clients face. He carefully considers all of the factors that might influence his clients’ decisions and the outcome of their decisions. Bob is patient when answering questions and is dedicated to providing accurate and detailed information to help his clients make the best decisions.

Bobs has advised investors, developers, and landlords. His strong research skills and strategic planning techniques have informed commercial, industrial, and residential clients. For more than 30 years, Bob has been involved in local development issues and multi-family property management. Manchester Management continues to manage dozens of rental units in the Evanston area.

Bob was among an elite group of top 10% of agents within the national Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Network. Bob received his initial real estate training from Coldwell Banker University and the Real Estate Education Company. He also attended Northwestern University from 1988-1992, where he studied economics.

Bob and his wife, Amy live in Evanston with their two sons. Bob is a lifelong Evanstonian and a Roycemore School Alum. He is a former Roycemore School Trustee and Bob has also represented his community as a former Board Member with the Evanston Community Foundation, a Founding Donor of the Realtors Fund, and a former Trustee with the Evanston 4th of July Association. Bob also served on the Board of Directors of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors and as Chair of the Fair Housing & Diversity Committee.
