I began my real estate career in 1980. While still in college at Georgia State University, I attended a Robert Allen "Nothing Down" seminar. Shortly thereafter I bought his first of several little or no down payment properties, and an apartment house in Kennesaw.
In Robert Allen`s New York Times best selling book Creating Wealth, Mr. Allen had this to say about me, "......I don`t have any doubts about this young mans future".

In 2003 I passed the Georgia real estate exam with a score of 98 of 100. Since then I have helped many families with their home buying, selling , and investment needs. In 2012 I got my Ga Brokers license.
About 8 years ago I began to see massive changes coming to the real estate industry which are still happening. Old business real estate business models are getting rapidly tossed aside. I began to research and plan a new business model that would work in to the future. A future that is NOW!
By running a small, efficient, low overhead business, I can still provide full service brokerage and provide a flexible commission schedule. Many agents will tell you you cant get full service at less than full price, aka “you get what you pay for”.
