Bob Virgulak

As a commercial and residential real estate salesman and long-time entrepreneur, Bob has grown up in and around the real estate business. He started working full-time in real estate in 2015 on his father's team at DVB Commercial Realty Norwalk, CT. While at DVB, he excelled in small market retail and office leasing in lower Fairfield County and in addition represented clients in the purchase and sale of office buildings and multi-family units throughout Connecticut. He is known to his peers and clients as a cultivator of relationships, an innovator, and a creative dealmaker who always puts the needs of others first to get the job done. He is also co-founder of Property Cousins along with his lifelong best friend and cousin, Mike Spremulli. Their goal is to create a streamlined and stress-free purchasing and selling experience in all types of real estate transactions.

Prior to his career in real estate, he was a top Fairfield County personal trainer and health club owner-who built an impeccable reputation in the fitness industry. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and unique way of servicing all client's needs set him apart from others in the industry. Some of his achievements are the creation of BALANCE Brand Health Clubs and Neighborhood fitness, an in-home personal training company for over two decades. In 2013, he was chosen as one of the Top 13 best personal trainers in the country and the only trainer from Connecticut. He was also featured in a 2011 Esquire Magazine feature for designing a home gym for their annual "Most Expensive Bachelor Pad" edition in Brooklyn, NY.
