Bob, Olivia and team were a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. He was recommended to me by my attorney, to list a probate sale. I am located across the country from the sale, and put my trust in Bob and Olivia, his office manager and realtor, as I could not be there for any part of the process. I spoke with Bob on the phone initially, and decided to move forward with his team. It was the right choice. There were numerous times where personal attention was needed on site at the property, and Olivia took charge, and completed all necessary tasks, all while keeping me informed and involved. I have been working with Bob staging his listings for 4 or 5 years now and you will not meet a more professional, caring individual. I am always amazed when he introduces me to his clients at how much he knows about each one. It is very obvious that he really cares about everyone he works with. He also has a great list of vendors to use on anything from cleaning to paint, carpet and tile, so he's a wonderful resource to his clients. Not to mention, he's a wonderful guy. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their Realtor.

In my years of doing real estate (mostly commercial), Bob Waldron and his team could easily set the standards of perfection. I'm racking my brains for some little negative qualifier so I don't seem like I'm getting paid for this, but I can't. I'm not in Los Angeles and in order to get the best price for one of the two properties I listed with Bob I had to do some renovations. He handled the whole process seamlessly. One last thing: I've been in contact with Bob for the 12 years I hated having the properties in LA. Whenever I posed the question is it time to sell he said not yet, until it was just the right time.
