Bobbie Gene was very helpful and accommodating, we were moving from South Dakota and she would take our calls, answer questions and showed us homes though video calls. She gave us several numbers to reputable home and pest inspectors in the area and made buying a home a pleasure.

Bobbie Gene Inman was the perfect agent for my husband and I while we were looking for our first home/investment property. We were extremely fortunate/Blessed to hook up with Bobbie in 2017 when looking for our home in Portland, TN! She was exceptional in helping us to find that perfect home. Then in 2019 she helped sell that home when we moved out of state (moved to follow our grandbabies). Almost every obstacle that could arise did, including us moving across the country and having to sign papers using FedEx!!! Bobbie did so many things that we (as customers) would have had to do but could not because we were over 2500 miles away. We finally sold the house 100% because of Bobbie being the wonderful Christian person that she is. You will not be disappointed if you choose Bobbie Inman to help you with your Realty needs!! Bobby Gene was the one who sold my wife our home in 2013, we had a fire and consulted her on paint colors and cabinets that are in current homes and she was so helpful. She even came to our home to look to see what else might help. Even tho we aren't ready to sell just yet she didn't mind helping in any way she could. Bobbie Gene was recommended to us by a friend. When had contacted our friend because we needed a loan for a home in a different area than where we were currently living. Brenda told me that Bobbie was fantastic and not to worry, that Bobbie Gene would get our house sold fast and help us find a new home so we could move closer to our grandson.

After chatting with Bobbie Gene the first time, she made a very good impression on both my husband and myself. We listened to all of her advice and then proceeded to get busy to get our home ready to sell.

Once we were ready and completely followed her advice, our house was sold within 17hourse of listing it for our full asking price! Absolutely amazing!

We were so thrilled! Bobbie was our advocate all along the way while selling our house. Never making us feel like we had to do something we were not comfortable with during the sell of our property. Everything went smoothly and in 4 weeks we were free from that home holding us there.

Once we sold that freed up cash to buy another more costly home. We were straight with Bonnie that we needed the cash to go through the buying process and she was more than understanding and understood our needs.

We were temporally living in a hotel after we sold our home. After just a few days of resting from the move, Bobbie called me and said, now let’s find you a house!

Again, Bobbie went over and above for us as a buyer. She was more understanding that I didn't want just any house, but a house the fit us!

Frankly, we made offers on three different homes before having a successful buy. It was not any fault of Bobbie Gene.

The first home was sold out from under us with a cash buyer while they were considering our offer, the second home I loved but hubby wasn't really into, so when they countered offered we just dropped the house. But when we found this house, we walked into it and it was lovely but when we walked outside to the screened-in porch, we fell in love with this home and Bobbie Gene saw it on our faces.

Again, she was our advocate all the way through the buying process. Sticking up for our needs as they buyer.

She was an absolute joy to work with and has even been super helpful with additional questions even after the purchase of our new home.

She was so phenomenal, and such a joy to get to know, I wouldn't even consider anyone else for my real estate needs!
