Bobby is INCREDIBLE to work with. We were lucky enough to go through the home buying process with Bobby twice, second time was the charm, but both times he was just wonderful. Bobby is super knowledgeable about all aspects of homebuying and thoroughly explained things through the entire process. If there was a question that needed further explanation he made sure to contact the person for us and have them reach out. We were in a crunch and when we sent a house we were interested in to Bobby he would meet us any time day or night. He made sure that even in the crunch we were making the right decisions for our family while navigating this wild market. We highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

Bobby Carter is amazing! As a couple just starting on our retirement journey , Bobby has the patience of a saint. He listens and responds to our constant questions. He has been so helpful walking us down this path of uncertainty. His knowledge and expertise in this area is unbelievable. Dealing with tax questions and helping us see what might work best for us . He has helped us narrow down our needs and wants. He also answers his phone when you call! He makes you feel important and goes above and beyond for his clients. Bobby Carter came in ready to move and he actually sat down and i literally watched him do a comparative analysis to come up with the best price to sell my home. He worked at a price for what seemed like almost an hour. My home sold in days and i got a great offer. Closing was seamless. And another thing, Bobby wasn't annoyingly pushy as i had received his number a while back before i actually called him. He was professional and respectful and his photographer is AMAZING!
