With the current change in the Real Estate market, Bobby and Nikki ventured into the BANK OWNED/Distressed Sales area of the market and now service BANK OWNED REO's for some of the larger, more well-known banks in America today. They have been able to show clients how to take properties that have some equity but are not cash flowing at the current time and liquidate them so that the investor can purchase cash flowing properties instead. They have also helped clients sell in a particular area in which housing has not been as negatively affected by the downturn, reap the benefits of the equity they received, and purchased in another area that has lost much more value.
