Bo goes above and beyond. He catered to my particular wants/needs in a home and did not waste my time with inappropriate listings. Just a few days after I moved in and was not settled in yet, he even took the time to bring me some hose bibs to protect the outdoor pipes from cold weather.

Bo helped my fiancé & I get our first home while navigating this crazy competitive market.

He’s knowledgeable, quick to respond, easy to talk with (there was no question too small to ask him) and he really guided us through the process and what to expect. He was never more than a quick text away to show us listings, write up offers and give his expertise.

Luckily after searching and staying on top of our first choice builder, we were able to get a new build in our dream location! Bo made that process easy too and became our voice when needed.

None of this came as a surprise though. We were introduced to Bo a few years ago through relatives he had worked with, so we already knew how great he was! I was already referring my friends to him before he helped us with our home and will continue to do so even more now!

Bo is an absolutely incredible agent - would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We came in as first time home buyers and he was patient with us and walked us through the entire process - what to expect, terminology, etc. and then introduced us to the market by showing us what was available before we jumped in so that we felt we had the knowledge to make an informed decision. When it came to putting in an offer, he knew exactly how to navigate the offer to ensure it was competitive but fair and followed up with all listing agents quickly. In a crazy market like Austin, we felt very fortunate to have a realtor who was aggressive where needed to get us into our dream home while also staying kind and encouraging throughout the process. I can’t express enough how attentive and on top of things Bo is - he will make you feel like his number one priority no matter what.

As a bonus, Bo also has knowledge in the investing/renovation area which was very helpful for us to make sure we were choosing the right home for our future.

We’re so excited to move into our home and can’t thank Bo enough for all of his hard work. If you’re looking for an incredibly knowledgeable realtor you can trust and who will get things done , would highly recommend Bo!

We worked with Bo Dragicevic, Keller Williams Realty, in both purchasing a house in Austin AND in selling our condo in Austin. Bo was very professional in understanding our wants and needs as we desired a house close to our grandkids so he filtered the housing availability to our specific request. When properties became available in or near our grandkids, he quickly notified us and frequently arranged a tour of the property within 12-24 hours! Bo was experienced in understanding our true desires (what we said versus what really turned us on/off) after touring a few properties. Bo also understood the ever-changing marketplace well and coached us as best he could given the relatively whacky and dynamic housing market over the past 18-24 months that all of us were experiencing.

Bo was persistent but not pushy. He went to bat for us a number of times when preparing and presenting offers/counter-offers on both the purchase of our new home and sale of our condo.

Bo was knowledgeable of the workings of HOAs as both properties had HOAs to communicate with and requirements to meet. Bo also guided us through the inspections and other regulations that are required in Austin and Texas in general.

Overall, we are satisfied with the value of the house we purchased and the value of the condo we sold. All transactions were completed within 6-8 weeks which was great!

We would definitely work with Bo again for any future housing needs.

Bo is simply incredible. You want him as your realtor.

My wife and I first met Bo when he offered to help us find an apartment in Austin when we were moving from out of state. Prior to meeting Bo we had set up tours through Zillow/Redfin but it was tough to line up all the showing times, get in touch with all the properties we wanted to see, etc. Bo simply told us "send me your list and I'll make it happen." He delivered on that promise: in one weekend (when we were visiting) he showed us every single property we were interested in and even recommended others that were similar based on our criteria. When we found out our top pick already had other offers in, Bo called the listing agent, vouched for us, and ultimate got us the place.

When we were ready to buy a house, we of course went back to Bo, who told us "I want you to see at least 10 homes before you place an offer," making it clear he didn't just want us to jump at the first nice place: he wanted us to find our perfect home. He spent the time to take us out numerous weekends - many times last-minute - and was always great about reaching out to listing agents to get details on the number of competing offers, timeline, etc. Needless to say, when we found "the one" Bo helped us navigate the whole process: the amount to offer to be competitive, the terms to put in the offer, the timing, everything! I'm now writing this review from my couch in the new house and couldn't be happier.

A close friend referred me to Bo because she had an excellent experience with him. Bo did a great job teaching me, a first time homebuyer, all the steps of the homebuying process, and moving me through them based on what I was comfortable with. Bo worked with my timeline and priorities, advocated for me at every step, and was honest about any challenges I was up against. In just about two months, I went from looking for a realtor to closed and moved into an awesome condo I am SO happy in! And all this during the frenzy of the super hot 2021 Austin market. I really enjoyed working with Bo and couldn't recommend him more!

Bo was fantastic! From once we decided to go with Bo as our Realtor, he never stopped working tirelessly for us until he helped us find our dream home. He worked with us to tailor listing searches to our specific needs, and always kept us updated of the newest listings immediately as they came in - likewise always making himself available to show any listings for us as urgently as we requested to view them. He was likewise always extremely honest with us on whatever listings we looked at, just as likely to call attention to any flaws in the home as much as their positives - we always knew we were in good hands and were never going to get pushed into closing on a lemon of a house.

My wife and I found the home of our dreams after just a few weeks looking with him, and I honestly don't think we would have been successful in finding and securing it without his help and guidance.

We can't recommend Bo enough!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bo and his team! From the very start he made sure we were having fun and seeing the type of houses we felt were a great fit for us. Being first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing but soon felt completely comfortable with Bo leading the way.
Even though I'm sure he had other clients at the time, we sure felt like his priority. Communication was excellent every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the market and made sure we didn't throw away any money. In fact, he got us our dream home for 34k less than asking in the hottest market in the country!!!

Oh and we had the keys to our new house just one month from when we started looking!
