Born and raised in Manakin Sabot, Bonnie, or Bonnie Beth to family and friends, has come to know well the variety RVA has to offer. After 10 years in the country riding horses, she moved closer to school in the Mooreland Farms/Dorset Woods neighborhood of the West End. She returned to Manakin Sabot for her high school career. After graduating from Collegiate, which she attended K-12, Bonnie moved down to the Fan while attending Virginia Commonwealth University. Now a Rams Alum, she resides in the Near West End as a newlywed. Having lived in such diverse locations has not only given her an understanding for different types of homes, but different lifestyles. In sales since age 17, and after tearing homes out of magazines since age 10, Bonnie finally acted on the itch of home buying/selling and hasn’t looked back! Her strong attention to detail, immaculate vision for opportunity and potential, obsessive organizational skills, uncanny honesty and need to please make for an idyllic trusted Realtor in the pursuit of real estate.
Recently married in February to fellow local Richmonder Todd, they have 2 “kids,” a Bichon named Oscar and a black Lab named Remi. When they are not working on DIY projects around the house, you may find the newlyweds in the Northern Neck enjoying a boat ride or in Muskoka Lake, Canada playing golf with one of the Beaumaris Yacht Club pros/close friend or even shelling on the beaches of Captiva Island, Florida. While in town, the newlyweds love to host dinner parties on the 460 sqft. patio they built themselves, chasing nephews around the Country Club of Virginia pool or gathering at neighbors homes for cocktails. Bonnie’s hobbies include too much antiquing and estate sales, a bit of the bubbly and any card game. Also an active supporter and member of the ASPCA and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
