Bonnie Guevin

Bonnie is a veteran REALTOR having served her marketplace for 35+ years listing and selling residential real estate. She is committed to serving her clients and has built a referral base in her business gaining repeat business from her loyal clients. She is a mediator for the State and Local Associations as well as an Omsbud for the State Association. Bonnie enjoys training agents and helping them grow their businesses. She has completed Train the Presenter and Train the Trainer and is working towards becoming a KW Faculty Member. She is also currently the Principal Broker for her market center working on compliance and helping agents with their real estate transactions and questions. Bonnie served as the 2009 National Association of REALTOR®s Regional Vice President representing Region 1 which includes ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, and RI. Bonnie was awarded the Good Neighbor Award for GMNBR and NHAR for her work as a volunteer for the CASA organizations. She was awarded the 2009 New Hampshire Association of REALTOR®s REALTOR® of the Year. Bonnie Guevin was the 2007 President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. She has served on numerous committees at the local, state, and National levels and is currently a Director for NAR Realtor Relief Fund working with state associations when a natural disaster hits their area. Bonnie specializes in collaborating with buyers, and sellers of residential, multifamily listings, and condominiums. She has served her community by participating on the Board of Directors for the Moore Center Services (physically and mentally challenged adults) and the Manchester Boys and Girls Club. And was named Director of the Year in 1994 for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club. She currently is a CASA/GAL (Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian ad litem) and serves the Greater Manchester area representing the best interest of physically and sexually abused children in the court system.
