Bonnie joins Houlihan Lawrence’s Scarsdale office after a successful career in both Westchester and Manhattan. She is an award-winning broker and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Brokers in Westchester by The Real Deal. She is also a Platinum Broker at Houlihan Lawrence and was nominated for the Deal of the Year by the Real Estate Board of New York. Bonnie works with her clients to obtain both their real estate and financial goals.
A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, Bonnie knows how to listen, and problem solve. She regularly represents buyers and sellers in Westchester and is also licensed in Manhattan. As a result of her dual license, relocation is one of Bonnie's strengths.
Bonnie streamlines the search process, maximizes her client's buying power, and is an expert at explaining the market. Her sellers find her to be a strategic marketer, a skilled negotiator, and a diligent broker. Many of her clients are repeat customers or referrals from them.
Bonnie and her family moved to Scarsdale from Manhattan. She and her husband have two children who attended Scarsdale Schools K-12. Bonnie is an enthusiastic volunteer and has served on the Board of the Scarsdale Adult School, The Scarsdale Teen Center, and the Board of the Quaker Ridge PTA where she was Vice President and chaired the Community Service Organization. She supports the League for the Hard of Hearing and the Lighthouse Guild for the Blind.
