As an accomplished real estate sales professional in both the Las Vegas, NV and Denver, Colorado area Bonnie is devoted to helping her clients, while building a relationship of trust with each of her buyers and sellers that remains long after the transaction has closed. She is passionate about keeping up to date on the latest sales data within the fast-paced real estate market. She is highly proficient in the newest trends and advancements in technology, as well as the use of established, traditional marketing techniques. This comprehensive system lets her primarily focus on her proven abilities to negotiate a successful transaction for her buyers and sellers.

Bonnie obtained a degree in Sociology from the University of Wyoming. Prior to her years in real estate, she gained extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley through her employment with the Regional Transportation Commission. This familiarity of the area combined with her passion, empathy and genuine desire to help people make her the ideal partner to guide her Clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

As a Broker Salesperson in Southern Nevada Bonnie strives to achieve maximum results for her Clients, while offering a unique perspective that very few REALTORS® have, a knowledge of new custom home sales, as well as the re-sale community. Her love of real estate encompasses everything from the excitement of walking new first-time Buyers through the home buying process, to working with the veteran Client who has bought and sold many properties.

Bonnie started as a REALTOR® in Colorado in 2003, currently specializing in marketing and selling of luxury homes and custom home lots in the North Metro Denver area, as well as the sales and marketing specialist for two new estate home communities in Broomfield, CO. She is also the marketing and sales professional for one of Denver Metro’s leading Custom Home Builders.

Outside of Real Estate, she can often be found enjoying the companionship of family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and walking trails with her rescue pups, traveling or simply enjoying a good book.
