With more than 25 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience, Booker is a trusted real estate leader known for helping buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate today’s competitive Florida real estate market.
Coldwell Banker Pickett Fences Realty is built on a mission to educate, empower, and expand homeownership opportunities, particularly for first-time homebuyers, growing families, and underserved communities. Booker specializes in residential real estate sales, relocation services, investment properties, and homebuyer education. His client-first approach focuses on strategic marketing, data-driven pricing, and strong negotiation skills designed to help clients maximize value and build long-term wealth through real estate.
Before establishing his brokerage, Booker built a successful career in the financial services industry. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Miami, where he attended on a full football scholarship as a Miami Hurricanes athlete, and later earned his MBA from Saint Leo University. After working as an investment banker, Booker founded Westchase Mortgage, where he helped thousands of families secure home financing and better understand the path to homeownership. This experience provides his clients with a unique advantage, combining real estate expertise with in-depth mortgage and financial knowledge.
Booker is highly respected within the real estate industry and has held numerous leadership roles with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). His service includes President of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter, Regional Vice President for Region VI, multiple terms on the NAREB National Board of Directors, Chair of the National Nominating Committee, and currently serving as National Treasurer. He remains a passionate advocate for fair housing, affordable housing initiatives, and community wealth building through real estate ownership.
Outside of real estate, Booker values faith, family, and community involvement. He is married to Dr. Moneque Pickett and is a proud father of five sons. Booker is dedicated to helping families create generational wealth and achieve the dream of homeownership across the Tampa Bay and greater Florida real estate markets.
