Booker Pickett

Booker Pickett, Sr. is Broker-Owner of Coldwell Banker Pickett Fences Realty. He has offices in Land O Lakes and Seminole, FL. Booker brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to the Coldwell Banker family. As a real estate brokerage business, Coldwell Banker Pickett Fences Realty's mission is to educate and promote homeownership to potential homebuyers, especially those in underserved communities. Although he works with federal agencies and real estate investors, Booker has a special focus on assisting first-time homebuyers and single parents to achieve the American Dream!

Booker obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Miami, where he was the recipient of a full scholarship to play Hurricanes Football. He also holds an MBA from Saint Leo University. Booker began his career in the financial sector and, after establishing himself as an investment banker, he followed his desire to help more people realize the dream of homeownership by founding Westchase Mortgage. After successfully assisting thousands of people obtain home financing, Booker transitioned from assisting buyers to obtain financing, towards assisting buyers in educating themselves on the importance of homeownership and helping them achieve that dream.

Booker is an active member of the real estate community, having served as the president of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Regional Vice President for Region VI, multiple terms on the NAREB board of directors, chair of the national Nominating Committee, and currently serves as national Assistant Treasurer. Booker is an advocate for equal and affordable housing opportunities for all. He is married to Dr. Moneque Pickett and is dad to five sons.
