With a keen eye for identifying emerging markets, ground-up opportunities, and value-add projects, Boris has successfully navigated capital markets to fund and complete over $225M in acquisitions and developments.

He is a proud graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston with a degree in finance, completed the Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and Development at MIT, and is currently enrolled in the Owners Presidents Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Beyond his professional achievements, Boris is a devoted father of three and a proud resident of Brookline, MA. He enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, meeting new people, and engaging in various sports.
