Boris Lehtman

Boris Lehtman came to the United States as a child when his parents immigrated and began their Chicago story. Boris studied at DePaul University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the famed Driehaus School of Business. He spent time in Northern California (Napa) for three years and enjoyed the best of wine country and amazing culinary experiences as his wife pursued a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America. They had their first daughter there, and then came back to Chicago to be closer to family and friends.

Boris began his real estate journey in 2016, when he returned to Chicago and became a licensed broker. He has been around real estate his entire life and knows it well, as he had the great opportunity to learn from and grow his real estate business with the help of family and close friends.

Specializing in new construction and development projects means Boris knows the best properties in Chicago. His attention to detail, knowledge of construction quality, and dedication to perfection and getting the best value for his clients makes Boris the ideal broker to work with.

When not working (which is not very often these days) you can find him with his wife, Maria, and four children! Boris enjoys playing golf and trying to find time for his weekly basketball game with friends.

Having been both a home buyer and seller himself, and being on both sides of the transaction process, Boris understands the significance of each and every deal, big and small. The home buying/selling process can seem long and tedious, but he provides clients with insight into what milestones need to be achieved and when, and provides real expectations and guidance on what lies ahead.
