About Boyd
I am a native of the Winchester/Frederick County with close family ties in Front Royal and Woodstock. For the majority of my adult life I was a general contractor building, remodeling, and designing additions to homes. I also was involved in many commercial projects from Hood Dairy,remodeling the Winchester School Board office to renovations of Christ Episcopal Church. I mention these things to inform potential clients of my "bricks and sticks" knowledge.
As to real estate, my father along with Ray Robinson started Colony Realty. My mother, Sue Bonnett, was a broker with Colony Realty for several years before retiring. I graduated from the University of Denver where I received a BSBA in real estate and construction management. My life has been spent in and around all aspects of real estate; therefore I feel confident that I can help the potential client in all aspects of their interests of home ownership.
