The Boyenga Team helped us plan and execute the sale of an Eichler home flawlessly from beginning to end. I believe what made the experience unique was superb communication with all the members of their team, including Phat Doan, who as a member of their Concierge service, helped us deal with all the repairs needed to prepare the house for the market. This was a crucial step. Janelle and Eric, advised us along the way to make sure we made the right decisions. I highly recommend the Boyenga Team and would definitely use their services again.

My wife and I recently sold our Eichler home with Eric and Janelle and their team. From start to finish they were amazing. We wanted a realtor who knew the area, who knew Eichlers and how to represent them to buyers, and someone with years of market experience that we could trust to guide us. The Boyengas have a great energy, and from day one we could see their depth of experience. They were fully engaged from beginning to end. They made the whole process so easy that there really was very little for us to do, from preparing the house, to deciding on the right price and time to list, to showing the house, and eventually choosing an offer and closing escrow. Jenelle and Eric sold our house in less than a week at the top $/sq ft. in our whole area. To accomplish that they did an amazing job of advertising, talking with a length client list and an excellent staging job on the house. Better yet, our buyers were lets say a little difficult and yet Jenelle managed thru all of their issues pre and post sale keeping the annoyance for us to a minimum. Exceptional relators, very professional and follow thru on every detail.

I would not sell my house with anyone elese.

Working with Eric and Janelle had been a wonderful experience.

When my wife and I decided to sell our residence in Palo Alto last year, we interviewed a multitude of agents before deciding to work with the Boyenga team. We felt that they were a very knowledgeable and experienced team, and fully understood our need and goals. Throughout the preparation, launch, sales, and post sales stages, the Boyenga team were very attentive to every detail and, with weekly conference calls and regular emails, always kept us up-to-date on the progress. During the prep stage, they were able to control the improvement budget, monitor the work, and their recommendation proved to be worthwhile investment. The marketing strategy designed and introduced by Eric was impressive, and the time and effort put into the sales drive, including weekly open house and sales calls to agents, were extensive. Even though we all know that late in a year is not always the optimal time for real estate transactions, and 2019 was even more so, the Boyenga team was able to deliver a great transaction with satisfactory return for our investment, which further gave evidence to their skills and determination. After all, in a hot season, anybody can sell a house in Palo Alto.

We were very happy that we chose The champion team.

If you don't think it is possible to sell your home at above market value without ever listing it on MLS then your agent doesn't have the super-powers the Boyenga team does. With Eric and Janelle's guidance and leadership we made just the right updates to our home and were able to sell off-market in a private sale to the first couple who viewed our home. This was possible because the the Boyenga team has an extensive database of buyers and they know who wants what type of home in a specific area. They made every step of the process quick, painless and transparent. I am so impressed with their innovative approach and excellent customer service.
