Bozena is originally from Poland where she graduated from Hotel and Hospitality Management School in Wisla. After she left Poland her journey to Miami took her through several European countries ie: Vienna in Austria, Germany (undergraduate social studies at the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich), England (English studies at South Thames College in London) Brazil (Portuguese studies at Universidade Federal in Rio de Janeiro) and Rome, Italy. Bozena has a Master Degree in Business Administration from ICCI.

Bozena began her luxury real estate career 26 years ago when she moved from Brazil to Miami in 1990 as the manager of a real estate portfolio for a Brazilian entity.

She held positions as Director of Sales for some of the most recognized and prominent real estate development firms where she was responsible for generating sales in excess of $1 Billion dollars. Marketing, public relations, advertising and keen eye for interior design enabled her to train and assist her sales associates in closing numerous luxury pre-construction residences. In 1998 she launched her own boutique brokerage firm and continues to offer her clients an impressive combination of vision and sophistication when acquiring a property and marketing and promotional expertise when a client chooses to sell.
