Building upon a background in property management, Brad burst onto the local real estate scene in 2016 as a top producing sales agent, with nearly 30 closed transactions in the first year and was awarded Rookie of the Year for Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of Realtors®. He has been a Virginia Realtors® Spotlighted Member and has since grown his business annually and recorded over $7 Million in sales in 2018. To date, he has helped over 100 buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.

His passion for real estate and never-ending desire to learn lead to him pursuing the Graduate, Realtor® Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Pricing Strategy Advisor designations as well as masters level coursework in real estate finance, law, and appraisals. He values growth and innovation and wants to do real estate differently and better than it has ever been done in the Valley.

Brad is deeply ingrained in the Harrisonburg community as a graduate of James Madison University, a proud member of the Rockingham Rotary Club, and frequenter of Downtown restaurants and community events. He is a supporter of several local non-profits such as On the Road Collaborative, Valley Business Keynote, and Any Given Child. He is a dog-dad of 2 and enjoys spending time with friends, craft beer, and the regular jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
