Brad helped me find my first home. My Mom kept telling me "your real estate agent is not your friend" but Brad really was a friend throughout the process. He negotiated at every phase and was honest with me when something was problematic. I didn't know a thing about buying property and Brad helped me understand every little detail. I will definitely be using Brad and the Howell Group again in the future.

Brad’s steady guidance and attention to detail during our recent cross country move was invaluable. When we decided to move in late 2019 we had no idea what would come in the year 2020. A series of unexpected events turned this house buying process into anything but standard. Brad was there every step of the way and helped to ease our minds as one unexpected obstacle after another jumped in our way. His attention to detail, communication and negotiation strength came in to play many times and we knew that he had his eye on the process the entire time, allowing us to focus on the complex move we were preparing for. WHAT AN AMAZING AND SMOOTH TRANSACTION WE HAD WHILE WORKING WITH BRAD HOWELL!
MY WIFE AND I LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND RECENTLY HIRED BRAD HOWELL TO HELP US FIND THE UPLEG FOR A 1031 EXCHANGE. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING A TOWNHOUSE IN THE SEATTLE AREA AND RENTED IT OUT.

It was such a pleasure and a comfort to work with The Howell Group on my recent home purchase. After a being a renter for almost a decade, re-entering the real estate market, particularly during this season, seemed daunting. Brad and Molly were with me every step of the way, answering all of my questions and letting me lean on their combined expertise and knowledge to allay my concerns and keep me informed about the process and next steps. Brad’s excellent negotiating skills got me into contract within 24 hours of the home being on the market and despite a few bumps (created by my lender) was able to KEEP this deal alive and see it through!
