As a coach I remind my teams that each player has an important part to play. I decided that I want to help people buy and sell homes, because I navigated my own for sale by owner transactions. I have access to lenders, handymen, plumbers, electricians that can help tie up loose ends of finish on your new home to make it turn key! I also run my own pool business which comes in very handy when you list with me, I can make your pool blue and sparkle, so buyers can see themselves in the pool and make that offer!

Coach Brad Hultz has been working for JCPS at Ballard High School for ten years, teaching 9th and 10th grade English. Coach Brad worked for Long Beach Unified School District in California as a teacher and soccer coach for five years. This will be the 10th year with the Ballard, and he has coached the swim team for all ten years, with ten state appearances and 7 state champions. Over 28 top 16 state contenders. The swim team has placed in the top ten each year, with the boys’ team taking as high as 2nd place in state. Coach Brad also coaches Girls tennis at Ballard, and sponsors Boys soccer.
