About Brad

Brad grew up visiting Atlanta from his native hometown of Brentwood, Tennessee and always dreamed of moving to the south’s hottest city. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University in Business and Enterprise Management and first moved to Atlanta in the Summer of 2011 with a job offer from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. After launching a successful career in luxury hospitality, Brad took his skills to nonprofit management at The Woodruff Arts Center in the Midtown Neighborhood of Atlanta.

Brad brings six years of luxury hospitality and nonprofit management to his real estate relationships and uniquely focuses on identifying the needs of his clients. Brad’s knowledge and understanding of people quickly allows him to manage the nuances of negotiating real estate transactions. He credits his ability to think critically through complex situations to having successfully managed complex logistical concerns, high expectation clients, and asset protection in his former careers. His skillset enables him to quickly offer solutions that meet his clients’ goals, and he focuses on providing his clients with options that best serve their needs. Brad is most proud of being client centric and truly enjoys making a connection with those he works with.

Brad is a Top 5% producing member of The Atlanta REALTORS® Association and is a member of the Keller Williams First Atlanta Team. Brad is supported by one of the most recognized real estate companies in the world and brings the latest technologies and market research that yields positive results to his clients. His personal touches and professional approach coupled with the support of the first Keller Williams office in Atlanta supports clients through the entire transaction.

As resident of Midtown, Brad is intimately familiar with all Atlanta has to offer. Brad enjoys spending time in Piedmont Park, cooking, running, playing piano, and Barry’s Bootcamp. He believes one of Atlanta’s best assets is the local restaurant scene, and he has been known to enjoy a fine meal and evening out on the town. Brad looks forward to working with you and celebrating your next closing over some great food in one of Atlanta’s many nearby restaurants.
