I can’t say enough about our experience working with Brad. He is hands-down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We never would have found our dream home without him! Brad is an expert in the entire home buying process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Cincinnati area and could share pros and cons about each neighborhood that specifically related to our family. He is persistent and hard-working. His negotiation skills are top-notch and he provides excellent advice based on his real estate experience. More than anything, he’s just good guy that made the very stressful process of buying a house easy and enjoyable. Don’t look any further…you found the best.

Brad was the best realtor I could have ever asked for and will be the only realtor I ever work with. He is a very down to earth, laid back, relatable, professional, hard working guy. He knows how to find exactly what your looking for and won't stop untill he does. He is also not your typical realtor, in the fact that he's not going too push you to go out of your comfort zone or try to get you to over pay just to make a sale or make more money, he wants his clients too be comfortable and happy with their purchase, not stressed and second guessing. He cares about his clients and takes very good care of them, and he is also very quick in response and there whenever you need him. He is very knowledgeable and knows ways to win you the house that you want. He is very passionate about real-estate and really cares about being the best of the best. If your looking too buy a house just stop, don't think about looking for another realtor, you have already found the best one you can find. Trust me, your in great hands when you use Brad as your realtor, you will not be disappointed I guarantee it!!!!

First time homebuyer here during the peak of a very competitive real estate market. I could not say enough about how easy and enjoyable Brad made this process for us. I have heard many horror stories of first time buyers getting stuck with not so great real estate agents and having trouble purchasing a home during this time but Brad was the exact opposite of that. Not knowing much about the process, Brad was able to get us to easily understand the experience end to end and give us great advice. Every step of the way he was available at anytime (even on the weekends) which was above and beyond what was expected of him. He ensured that we made reasonable decisions and was able to help guide us in areas that we were unfamiliar with like the bidding process, inspection, etc.

He never tried to upsell or pressure us into making a decision we were not prepared for and he was very upfront and clear about all aspects of the sale. He was a pleasure to work with and we were very lucky to have him as our realtor. If you want someone you can trust and is very personable, then I would highly highly recommend him to be your Realtor. He is great at his job and is a great person in general.

Most importantly, he was honest and realistic with us about the value of the homes we were interested and and what we should expect out of the home buying process considering the current market conditions.
