My wife and I being 23 and 22 trying to find, let alone buy a house can be a nightmare. That was until we met Brad. He stuck with as we looked at many houses. He was even ready a year later when we got back into the house buying game. I am so happy to say we closed, and are home owners! Brad was the man, he was there night and day for any questions swirling around our head. We are so grateful for the ease he made it, and the fun it became! I must say there will be few and hard to come by when looking for a realtor that cares, and works harder then Brad!

Having to sell our home was the most stressful thing we had to do- until we called Brad! He made the whole experience a piece of cake! He was responsive to every call, every concern and was extremely good at calming all of my worries! It happened so fast my head was spinning! He knew exactly what to do how to do it and when! We sold in less than a day of listing!! We sold at 10k over listed price! And it was all over and done in minutes by the time closing finally arrived! I would recommend him to EVERYONE needing to buy or sell a house! One of the most decent, kindest and most professional people I’ve had the pleasure to deal with ever! He is so personable and comfortable to be around - like a good family member. Best of all I felt complete trust in him and he did not let us down! Best decision we ever made was calling Brad at Dickerson’s!!! When we are ready to move again out of state- we will be calling him to handle our next sale and purchase! Thanks Brad for everything!
