We did buy a nice house for our young family to grow in. Brad was amazing, I don’t think I stressed at all through the whole process he was wonderful.

We did a VA loan and he put us in touch with a bank who would work with us on that loan. Great APR!!! Nothing but good things to say what a great process we experienced.

Brad saved the day for us and we will be forever grateful. We actually hired a different realtor, who misled us and overpriced our home. Brad graciously jumped in to help us - and sold our house twice, after our first sale fell through.

He is a wealth of knowledge with the market, pricing, and strategies. He absolutely held our hand throughout the process, guided us, cheered with us, and we valued his opinion SO MUCH. Everything he touched during our home sale was smooth - including showings, photographing the house, and shooting a video of the home. When our initial sale fell through, he didn’t flinch and had us back under contract less than 48 hours later. He knows what he’s doing & genuinely is excited to help and be a resource. He was always available for any questions we had and it felt like we were chatting with a friend, not selling a house. It was wonderful.

We are so grateful for Brad, his skill set, and all his help! He is TRULY the best at what he does.
