Brad Roth

Brad Roth is a top Real Estate Agent at Pinnacle Estate Properties. He was recently inducted into the Pinnacle Estate Properties Hall of Fame. In 35 years he is the 10th member to be given this honor.

He grew up in the San Fernando Valley where he graduated from Granada Hills High School. He went on to study Psychology and Communications, and then studied Improv and Scene Study while working as an actor for a number of years appearing on shows such as Beverly Hills, 90210 and Saved By the Bell. But these last 20+ years he has taken all that knowledge he gained and put it towards a very successful career in Real Estate.

With his focus in Southern California residential real estate, he has sold over 400 homes ranging from single family and condominiums to luxury estates. When you walk into Brad’s office you will see it showered with awards and certificates that he has been honored with over these past 20+ years. Brad loves giving the knowledge back to those new agents that show promise.

Brad has seen many cycles in the Real Estate market which has given him the foresight of being able to navigate the ups and downs while getting his buyers the lowest price when negotiating and getting his sellers top dollar when listing their home.

Growing up Brad was given a shining example of what it means to have a successful client focused business. His Father, Len Roth, has been a financial advisor for over 40 years. He taught Brad how important it is to ensure his clients not only find the home of their dreams, but one in which they will be financially secure. “I would do no less for my beautiful twin daughter’s Brooke and Samantha, or for my wife Justine.
