Brad has extensive experience in construction and development of numerous projects, including approximately 400 apartment and condominium units and over 40 custom homes ranging in price from $500,000 to $3,000,000. In addition, Brad has developed and constructed over 1.75 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space throughout California and Nevada.
As a principal of Saunders Realty, Brad’s responsibilities include brokerage, development & investments.
Brad is a Real Estate Broker in California, Nevada and Arizona, as well as, a Business Broker in Nevada. Brad has been a Real Estate Agent since 1989. Brad is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors & Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
