Brad Wilson

Brad has a background in commercial high-rise construction and a bachelor of science degree in construction management from the College of Engineering at Arizona State University (Del Webb School of Construction). He began his eight year construction management career with Perini Building Company on the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Stadium in Phoenix, AZ ($350M), GR Walton on the Sleep Inn Hotel Santa Fe, NM, ($20M), Embassy Suits Hotel Scottsdale, AZ ($40M), Swinterton Builders on the Hotel Del Coronado Remodel in 2000, CA ($40M), Del Mar Marriott, CA ($40 M), and Highland Home Builders on 350 West Ash San Diego, CA ($35M). He earned his general contractor license in early 2003 and has been in practice ever since.

Brad was offered an opportunity with his late father's real estate brokerage in 2005, and has been working in real estate and property management ever since. He currently manages over 200 rental units, and regularly average over $10M in gross sales, including but not limited to residential and multi-unit commercial and light commercial sales and management.
