Bradley Brauer

Bradley Brauer has been a resident of the metro Phoenix area since 1983, and a licensed Realtor since 1999. In 2011 he decided to increase his knowledge and commitment to his industry by upgrading to a Broker's license. In his 20+ years as a realtor, he has had the pleasure of working with everyone from first time buyers to luxury home buyers and those ready to downsize with life changes. While he concentrates his business in Central Phoenix and the 35 Historic districts, he does enjoy helping Buyers and Sellers all over Maricopa County. He has also had the immense pleasure of collaborating with amazing professionals in all aspects of the real estate industry and he is happy to share those, whether that be a great mortgage broker, escrow/title services, inspectors, appraisers, or a general repair person. He is a resident of the Willo Historic District, the largest district in Phoenix and has served on the board as President, Vice President, and Home Tour Committee chair.
