Brad is a full-time real estate expert with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of real estate in Southern Maryland. He specializes in residential listings, sales and rentals in St. Mary’s and Calvert counties. Brad is always ready to help first time buyers navigate smoothly through their first purchase or assisting incoming families through the worries of relocating. Brad has construction experience and was a licensed builder with his father and built more than 30 homes while working full time as a realtor. He is very familiar with permitting and Critical Area regulations. He is a realtor with every area covered, working with respectable lenders, inspectors, flooring, roofing and repair contractors. He specializes in relocation requirements, first time buyers, waterfront homes and lot purchase / development.


Brad was born in St. Mary’s County and earned his BS in Business from Frostburg State University. He and his wife Beth have 2 children. When not working Brad enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, skiing, golf and hunting.
