I have been working in Utah's real estate markets for over 10 years. Buying, selling & remodeling homes for many years they are lifelong passions! Marketing & advertising are lifelong passions. I have a dergree in Graphic Design so I see things from a design side.My expertise is in residential real estate. I enjoy water sports & off-roading. I have been buying and selling homes for about 15 years in the Salt Lake Valley & I am a licensed Realtor. I have lived all over the valley including Sugarhouse and the Avenues, Brickyard, Olympus Cove and U of U area. Also Utah County.
As a buyers agent here in Utah I represent buyer, but the home seller pays for my time. Also to keep things low key, I don't ask potential buyers to sign any agreements with me unless an actual sales contract on a home in created.
