About Bradley

Before getting his real estate license in 2017, Bradley spent more than 12 years in the residential construction industry. Bradley started out doing home remodel and repair work while Bradley was earning his college degree in environmental science. Bradley's previous work also includes landscape management, structural repair and land surveying. Now, Bradley enjoys his work in John L. Scott's Renton office, helping clients buy and sell in areas including Seattle, West Seattle, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Greenwood, Greenlake, Fremont and Ballard. Bradley works with all types of clients - he has never met a person or a house that hasn't inspired him to grow and become better. Most of the time Bradley works with first-time buyers, or help clients looking to buy or sell fixers or investment properties. Bradley wants all his clients to have the best representation throughout their life at every stage of home ownership - whether that's buying your first house, learning how to maintain your home, selling and creating wealth, and any other life scenarios. Bradley's clients benefit from his extensive background and knowledge in construction, as well as his passion for their success. Bradley's approach is grounded in caring relationships, not sales. For him, making sales is a reward for doing right by those who put their trust in him. Bradley leads an active life outside of the office - his friends even call him a “golden retriever” because Bradley is so active and happy-go-lucky when he gets to “play” outside. Some of Bradley's favorite pastimes include playing soccer, rock climbing, hiking, snowshoeing, running, playing Frisbee golf, cooking, beer making and playing board games. Bradley also loves watching the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks! To him, doing good and impressing goodness on the world is a far more powerful feeling than any material object or wealth. Bradley is inspired every day by his wife, family and friends. To give back, Bradley contributes what he can to causes including affordable housing, education and mental illness. In the future, Bradley's goal is to donate a percentage of each transaction toward mental health awareness and resources.
