Braidy is a fantastic realtor. We got lucky when we called Zillow to view a property and we were assigned to him. From the second we met him, we could tell he was diligent, hard-working, and really cared about his job and finding us the right home. Braidy goes above and beyond to ensure you find the home of your dreams; so much so that he was willing to FaceTime us to do “virtual” tours when we couldn’t be there in person. Braidy really goes the extra mile and we couldn’t be happier with his service (and our new home)!

Braidy is a fantastic Realtor! It took us well over a year to find just the right house. He was patient and never rushed us, particularly when we were about ready to give up on finding the perfect home for us. Our new home is 4 hours away from our old home, so Braidy helped with all the things we couldn't do living so far away. Even after the purchase of our new home, he has been checking in on us to see what else we might need as we work towards settling in. We will definitely work with Braidy again for any future real estate needs.

Braidy was patient and professional throughout our entire journey. We went through 20 properties trying to find what was right for us. And we had to do some of this work remote. He was excellent at getting us in to see places during the tight timeframes that we were in town. He knows the area like the back of his hand. When my wife and I started contemplating a move from LA to SLO, a friend thought that Braidy would be a great agent for us - and she was right! Braidy listened carefully, worked hard to find us the right house, and did all the leg work (crucial since we were living in LA). When my parents decided they wanted to move and retire closer to us Braidy Halverson was able to take care of everything!
