Brandee remained professional at all times, as she heard my frustration in my voice. She repeatedly said it’s going to be ok, we will close. Despite everything, she remained patient & open minded. Brandee succeeded in meeting our every expectation we imagined in our first home. I told her what I wanted and that I had to have it in a timely manner. Her warm personality always made me feel as if I could ask any question at any time and she also responded almost immediately most times. We visited a few homes and then boom. I kneiw when we arrived to this particular home it was the one. A little over 40 days later it indeed was the one. I look forward to buying my next properties with Brandee. Her professionalism, knowledge, and years of service in this industry and most of all faith made our first home for the holidays possible.. Thanks again

Brandee was absolutely amazing...from the beginning to the end, she was on top of her game. She made sure she kept us in the loop on everything that was happening all the way to it was time for us to close. She's a very professional lady but at the same time made us feel like family all while taking care of our needs and concerns. I can turn this review into a book about Mrs. Williams and all the amazing things she did to help us with purchasing our home but to sum it all up I'd have to say...she's just absolutely outstanding!!!! Working with J. Daniel Realty, LLC was the best experience ever. Brandee Williams is kind hearted, sweet, and a caring person I know. She is very knowledgeable of purchasing or selling a home. She is hardworking in find what you need or want, regardless if you are buying or selling a home. When you have questions, she response right then, and if she don’t have the answer she will find out for you. She ask for my wish list of all my needs and wants in a home and we went from there. I was referred to Brandee by a business associate. I contacted her and she immediately referred me to an awesome loan officer. Once I was pre-approved, Brandee took note of my must haves to find the perfect home for my family. She scheduled all of my appointments around my work schedule. She managed my entire home buying process including helping me find a home inspector and making sure that the seller completed every single item with "no shortcuts." She always had my best interest at heart! Brandee was very patient, relatable, professional and just a super sweet person. I highly recommend Brandee to assist you with the home buying process!
