Concerning Real-Estate, I have just about done it all! I am a homeowner and
investor, a property manager of a multi-family property and have supervised the
lifting and entire restoration of a historic home damaged by Super-Storm Sandy.

For many years, I have made many of my own Real-Estate investments, successfully renovating, renting and/or selling those properties. The most recent was 254 Prospect Avenue in Farmingdale, New York, which received multiple, strong offers, selling quickly in January, 2021 to an All-Cash Buyer. The result greatly exceeded my expectations and was an enjoyable project as well!

For over 20 years, my wife and I have successfully owned and managed a vacation-home rental business in the Catskills, years before Airbnb and HomeAway were created.
