We hired Brandi Jessiman to sell our single-family home in the Denver Tech Center. She went above and beyond - and we got full ask. Brandi priced it exactly right for the market, making sure we made the most possible. We live out of town, so she became our eyes and ears on the property. Once the property was vacant she managed cleaners, vendors, landscapers - all for us without asking. She led the charge with an amazing stager - I couldn't believe that was our house when I saw it. She has a sharp eye for design and what will appeal to buyers. She created materials that didn't just highlight the home, but the area - which was what ended up closing the deal. Her team was professional and we had no hiccups from inspection, resolution, appraisal and closing. I highly recommend Brandi for any home - but including higher-end properties that need that extra time and care to find the perfect buyer. She met brokers at showings, spent time with anyone that needed it, and followed up with everyone. She hosted an open house that yielded great results because of her personality. We highly recommend Brandi and her team.
