I was given Brandie's contact information from a close friend of mine. I was in real pinch and needed to sell my house and soon as possible. I contacted Brandie, and she got to work immediately. I've only bought one house in my life, so this was my first time selling, and things had definitely changed in the 8 years I'd been a home owner. Due to NO fault of Brandie's, this sale was quite challenging with several unforseen issues. Brandie's promptness, professionalism, kindness, patience, understanding, and hard work was amazing. She some how made the sale enjoyable, in spite of all the speed bumps. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. She did an awesome job, and I can't thank her enough. I'll gladly recommend her to anyone! Absolutely hands down best experience I've ever had dealing with realtors, bankers, loan officers, accountants, tax people, credit card people etc etc you name it Brandie Little is awesome. She stayed on top of everything for over 2 years of a complicated sale. She was volunteering to do things she didn't have to do just to take the burden off of me.
