Brandie Warren

Brandie Warren is a licensed Real Estate Professional in Houston, TX. Born and raised on the South side of town, she is the daughter of an Army Veteran and has 18 siblings, making it safe to say she's a people person!

Brandie entered real estate from the investment side of the business, starting with a highly successful Airbnb property. Since then, she has expanded her expertise to include Airbnb management, fix-and-flip properties, first-time investments, and single-family homes. She believes that "a home is not an investment unless you intentionally use it for that purpose," and she enjoys the benefits of passive income through real estate investments, sharing this knowledge with others.

Before her real estate career and following her service in the U.S. Army, Brandie spent years as a mail carrier, exploring various parts of the city and building a wide network of connections. Through her experience, she has developed valuable relationships with lenders, investors, contractors, and other industry professionals.
